The conference is hosted by the Chinese Medical Association and the Chinese Society of Pathology, CMA, and organized by the Shanghai Medical Association, Shanghai Society of Pathology, Huashan Hospital of Fudan University, Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center, Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine,The First Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University, Zhongshan Hospital of Fudan University, Shanghai Tenth People's Hospital of Tongji University, and Department of Pathology, Basic Medical College of Fudan University.

This year’s annual meeting will feature a rich and diverse academic program, including keynote speeches, sub-specialty sessions, pathology training courses, whole-slide reading sessions, multi-head microscope case discussions, pathology education forums, discipline development forums, molecular pathology and precision diagnostics sessions, digital pathology and artificial intelligence sessions, international breast pathology forum, China-Germany pathology forum, young pathologists forum, private healthcare pathology forum, and poster presentations.

As the highest-level academic event in the field of pathology in China, the conference offers valuable opportunities for learning and exchange. We sincerely invite and welcome pathologists and clinicians from related disciplines, both domestic and international, to actively participate.

An exhibition of products and technologies from enterprises in pathology-related research fields will be held concurrently, allowing delegates to stay informed about the latest advancements while updating their professional knowledge.

I. Time & Venue

2. Conference Dates: Full day August 22–23, morning of August 24

3. Dismantling: Afternoon of August 24

4. Venue: Shanghai World Expo Center (1500 Shibo Avenue, Pudong New Area, Shanghai)

 II. Tentative Schedule

Note: The sub-specialty pathology training includes seven sub-sessions: gastrointestinal pathology, bone and soft tissue pathology, cytopathology, head and neck pathology, neuropathology, molecular pathology, and pathology techniques.

III. Registration Process

Please register on the website in advance and bring your passport to the registration area in the lobby on the first floor of the Shanghai World Expo Center to complete check-in, accommodation, and receive conference materials.

IV. Accommodation

Accommodation will be arranged by the conference, and costs are self-funded. Participants who need to book accommodation may contact the reservation center (Contact: Tian Chengjia, Mobile: +86 18513009938). The deadline for booking is August 20, 2025.

V. Transportation

No shuttle services will be arranged. Participants are advised to arrange their own travel. It is recommended to book return train or flight tickets in advance before arriving in Shanghai.
